Purpose

You are our Batman’s Alfred Pennyworth alter ego, relentlessly supporting our community of heroes (aka clients and merchants). Except that we aim more for ecstatic, overjoyed heroes versus the brooding, cave-dwelling type!

Your core purpose is to ensure clients and merchants are supported and happy with their FoodHero experience.

You will be in direct contact with our heroes, primarily via phone and email, to troubleshoot problems, answer questions, address concerns, gather feedback and be their internal champion.

Skills, Traits & Competencies
  • Bilingual (French and English) oral and written
  • 3-5 years of experience with customer relationships

Key Responsibilities
  • Educating and answering questions
  • Supporting merchants
  • Taking care of tickets
  • Processing refund requests
  • Fielding and responding to emails
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint:
    • Determine the cause of the problem

    • Identify and explain the best solution

    • Expedite correction or adjustment

    • Follow up to ensure resolution 

    • All in a joyful manner :-)

  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Going the extra mile to create ecstatic customers
  • Providing feedback to Management as to what needs to be done to continuously improve our service
Salary and Benefits
  • FoodHero is a company that is currently scaling up, meaning benefits and perks will just keep getting better and better!
    • To start with, a health spending account of $2K, which can be used towards a gym membership, fitness classes, personal growth or training programs, coaching or energy work.
    • 3 weeks paid vacation
    • 3 paid days per year to spend giving back to the community
    • 40 hour work week
    • Salary range: $50-$60K (definitely above industry average!)
