You are our Batman’s Alfred Pennyworth alter ego, relentlessly supporting our community of heroes (aka clients and merchants). Except that we aim more for ecstatic, overjoyed heroes versus the brooding, cave-dwelling type!
Your core purpose is to ensure clients and merchants are supported and happy with their FoodHero experience.
You will be in direct contact with our heroes, primarily via phone and email, to troubleshoot problems, answer questions, address concerns, gather feedback and be their internal champion.
Ecstatic, joyful, dedicated clients and merchants
Regular feedback to management in order to work together towards continuous improvement of the full experience, from app interaction to merchant selection
Determine the cause of the problem
Identify and explain the best solution
Expedite correction or adjustment
Follow up to ensure resolution
All in a joyful manner :-)
