How to make vegan banana “nice” cream at home

Ingredients

  • 2-3 overripe frozen bananas
  • Milk or dairy alternative of choice (if needed)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas and salt together until you get a texture that resembles soft serve ice cream. If you’re having trouble blending, add up to 1/4 of milk (or dairy alternative) to help break down the bananas into a smooth ice cream-like texture.
  2. You can enjoy it immediately or put it in the freezer for an extra 30 minutes.
